General Tips

Arrive Early. Due to increased security measures and traffic, expect delays when entering the parking lot and the facility. Be sure to arrive at least one hour prior to events.

View our Policies guide. 20,000 parking spaces are available within a 7-10 minute walk of the Valley View Casino Center.

Public Transportation to the Center

The Valley View Casino Center is serviced by the MTS (routes 8 and 9).

Guest Service Booth

The Valley View Casino Center Guest Services Booth is located on the main concourse of the Valley View Casino Center and next to the North entrance. This area is designed to provide information to guests with questions, concerns, or issues during Valley View Casino Center events. In addition, Guest Services provides assistance to guests with disabilities and/or special needs (see Guest Services – ADA Services). Guests are welcomed to contact the Guest Services department at any time before or after the event.
